摘要： 脂肪细胞来源于多能干细胞,其分化经历了多能干细胞、脂肪母细胞、前脂细胞、不成熟脂肪细胞、成熟脂肪细胞几个阶段。本文就脂肪细胞分化过程及其分化过程中细胞和分子表型变化的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Adipocyte derives from multipotential stem cell.During the course of differentiation, it covers multipotential stem cell,adipoblast,preadipocyte,immature adipose cell,adipocyte.Each stage has its singular cellular phenotype and specific molecular marker.This article is aimed to review the advance research of this aspect.
