针刺配合康复训练治疗偏瘫肩痛的疗效观察

摘要： 目的观察针刺配合康复训练治疗偏瘫肩痛的疗效。方法将100例偏瘫肩痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例采用针刺配合康复训练,对照组50例采用单纯康复训练;对两组的疗效进行组间及组内对照分析。结果治疗后,两组患者的肩痛程度积分低于治疗前(P<0.01),上肢运动功能达IV级以上者明显增多(P<0.01),但治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合康复训练能有效提高偏瘫肩痛的治疗效果。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on hemiplegia patients with shoulder pain. Methods100 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases).The treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training, while the control group received rehabilitation training only. Scores of grade of shoulder pain and the Brunnstrom's classification of upper limbs in two groups were measured at pre-and-post treatment respectively. ResultsAfter treatment scores of grade of shoulder pain were less significantly (P<0.01), and the motor function of upper limbs improved to Ⅳ grade were more significantly (P<0.01) in patients of two groups . But the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The treatment of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can improve the effect on hemiplegia patients with shoulder pain.
