摘要:
目的 系统分析高强度间歇训练(HIIT)对健康儿童青少年执行功能的效果及其影响因素。
方法 检索Web of Science、PubMed、Cochrane、Embase、Google Scholar和中国知网中有关HIIT对健康儿童青少年执行功能干预的相关文献,检索期限为收录至2023年7月31日,采用物理治疗证据数据库(PEDro)量表评价方法学质量,提取相关数据进行系统综述。
结果 最终纳入15篇文献,来自9个国家,包含13项随机对照试验,PEDro量表评分5~8分,共涉及17 021例6~18岁健康儿童青少年,发表时间集中于2016年至2023年。影响干预效果因素主要包括研究对象的年龄、HIIT的干预周期、运动剂量和训练间歇时间比。HIIT可改善健康儿童的工作记忆和抑制控制,对健康青少年的效果有限。
结论 HIIT能改善健康儿童的抑制控制和工作记忆,影响干预效果的主要因素为干预对象的年龄和HIIT的训练方案等。
