三种足内在肌训练对扁平足患者拇外展肌横截面积和足形态的效果

Effect of three intrinsic foot muscle exercises on cross-sectional area of abductor hallucis muscle and foot morphology in subjects with flatfoot

摘要:

目的 比较不同足内在肌训练方案对扁平足的效果。
方法 2022年9月至11月,在首都体育学院招募45例扁平足患者,随机分为短足训练(SFE)组、足趾伸展训练(TSOE)组和短足+足趾伸展训练(SF+TSOE)组,各15例,分别接受SFE、TSOE和SF+TSOE 8周。分别于干预前、干预4周和干预8周后测量足拇外展肌横截面积、足舟骨下降高度(NDT)和Chippaux-Smirak指数(CSI)。
结果 每组各脱落3例。时间对左右足拇外展肌横截面积、NDT和CSI主效应显著(F > 13.906, P < 0.001);组别对左右足拇外展肌横截面积、NDT和CSI主效应均不显著(F < 1.934, P > 0.05);组别×时间对左右足NDT交互效应显著(F > 3.044,P < 0.05),SF+TSOE组左右足NDT优于SFE组和TSOE组(P < 0.05)。
结论 SFE和TSOE均可改善扁平足患者拇外展肌横截面积和足形态,两者结合可能效果更好。

Abstract:

Objective To compare the effect of three kinds of intrinsic foot muscle exercise on flatfoot.
Methods From September to November, 2022, 45 subjects with flatfoot from Capital University of Physical Education and Sports were randomly divided into short foot exercise (SFE) group (n = 15), toe-spread-out exercise (TSOE) group (n = 15) and short foot & toe-spread-out exercise (SF+TSOE) group (n = 15), who received SFE, TSOE and SF+TSOE, respectively, for eight weeks. The cross-sectional area of abductor hallucis muscle, navicular drop test (NDT) and Chippaux-Smirak index (CSI) were measured before treatment, four weeks after treatment and eight weeks after treatment.
Results Three subjects dropped out in each group. The main effect of time was significant for left and right cross-sectional area of abductor hallucis muscle, NDT and CSI (F > 13.906, P < 0.001). The main effect of group was not significant for left and right cross-sectional area of abductor hallucis muscle, NDT and CSI (F < 1.934, P > 0.05). The interaction effect of group and time was significant for left and right NDT (F > 3.044,P < 0.05), and it was better in SF+TSOE group than in SFE group and TSOE group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion SF and TSOE can improve the cross-sectional area of abductor hallucis muscle and foot morphology in subjects with flatfoot, and the combination of them may be more effective.
