摘要: 应用文献计量学和可视化技术分析国际腰痛康复领域研究热点和前沿趋势。 以“low back pain”为检索词,检索2016年至2020年Web of Science核心集收录的康复相关研究。采用Web of Science创建引文报告和分析检索结果功能进行计量学分析,采用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。 共检索2026篇文献,近5年总被引6793次。文献量和被引次数逐年增加。文献量排名前列的研究机构大多来自美、欧、澳等国家,排名前5位的大学研究机构均具有较高的中心性;美国国家级研究基金资助数量排首位。发文量和被引频次前10位的期刊以康复类为主,以骨科、运动医学、保健医学方向为主。共获得468个关键词,其中高中心性关键词33个,突现关键词29个。检索分析得到9篇高被引文献;可视化分析获得466篇参考文献,其中高中心性文献35篇,突现性文献53篇;腰痛研究关键节点文献主要是随机对照试验和系统综述。 腰痛疼痛机制和疼痛管理相关研究,如中枢敏化、压力性疼痛阈值、疼痛模式分类、疼痛方向偏好及向心化、疼痛生理/神经学教育、非药物综合性疼痛管理策略是目前研究热点;当前研究重视心理和社会因素在腰痛中的作用,如行为认知疗法/心理知情疗法、自我效能、运动恐惧症、恐惧躲避,以及与重返工作相关变量和干预措施的研究等;应用STarT Back tool的风险分层和靶向治疗、核心测量工具和核心结果报告标准化、实施个体化和精准康复治疗等相关研究,可能是腰痛康复研究的前沿趋势。
