摘要:
呼吸训练防治非特异性腰痛的作用机理主要包括有效激活躯干深层稳定肌,建立适当的腹内压,并优化腰背部本体感觉输入,以此维持脊柱的稳定与控制。目前,临床中常用的呼吸训练方式主要有膈式呼吸、吸气肌训练和腹式呼吸。针对呼吸训练处方的制定,以及不同呼吸训练方式之间疗效的比较等问题,仍需进一步探索。
