摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目前对于急性跟腱断裂的最佳治疗方案尚无共识。手术治疗后的功能康复已被广泛地认可，但非手术治疗的功能康复还未有具体的研究。本文综合各类跟腱断裂的临床实践，探讨最佳的动态功能康复方案和评价手段，以期能为跟腱断裂患者带来更有效的康复策略，减少再断裂率和并发症。

关键词: 急性跟腱断裂, 非手术治疗, 早期负重, 动态功能康复

Abstract: There is no consensus on the best treatment for acute Achilles tendon rupture. Functional rehabilitation after surgical treatment has been widely recognized, but the functional rehabilitation of non-surgical treatment has not been specifically studied. Based on the clinical practice of all kinds of Achilles tendon rupture, the best dynamic functional rehabilitation scheme and evaluation method were discussed. In order to bring more effective rehabilitation strategies for patients with Achilles tendon rupture, and reduce the rate of re-rupture and complications.
