摘要: 中枢神经系统可产生包括白细胞介素6在内的多种神经免疫因子。本文综述白细胞介素6及其受体在中枢神经系统中的表达和信号传导途径以及白细胞介素6在中枢神经系统相关疾病、认知行为学和突触功能调控中的研究进展,提示白细胞介素6作为一种信号分子,参与中枢神经系统的各种生理或病理功能,有望成为某种特定中枢神经系统状态的生物学标记物。
