脊髓损伤尿潴留患者舌象分析

摘要： 目的探讨脊髓损伤后尿潴留的病机,为治疗提供依据。方法对111例脊髓损伤后或手术后1— 2个月、有尿潴留的患者的舌质、舌苔进行观察及分析,并进行辨证分型。结果患者的舌质、舌苔以舌淡白腻苔、舌红黄腻苔为多见,辩证分型以湿热及湿盛为多。结论分析脊髓损伤尿潴留患者的舌象对探讨中医尿潴留的病机及指导临床治疗有一定的参考作用。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo study and find out the mechanism of uroschesis in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods111 cases's picture of tougue were observed and recorded.ResultsPale tongue with white and yellow coating occurred in common.Conclusions The picture of the tongue plays a role in finding out TCM mechanism of uroschesis.
