退行性骨关节病对血清乳酸脱氢酶活性的影响

摘要： 目的研究血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性在退行性骨关节病变中的变化。方法检测148例退行性骨关节病患者的LDH,并与138例正常人做对照。结果退行性骨关节病患者的LDH为199.2 8±91.64U,正常人为183.85±69.46U,两者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论退行性骨关节病变并不一定引起LDH活性的改变。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the relationship between the activity of serum lactic dehyrogenase (LDH) and retromorphosis osteoarthropathy.MethodsSerum lactic dehydrogenase of 148 cases with retromorphosis osteoarthropathy (retromorphosis group) were exzamed, comparing with LDH of 138 normal subjects(control group). ResultsThe mean value of LDH in retromorphosis group was 199.28±91.64 while that in the control group was 183.85±69.46.There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Retromorphosis osteoarthropathy may not affect the activity of serum lactic dehydrogenase.
