简易手指蹼训练组合支具对烧伤后手指蹼粘连的效果①

Effect of Expanding Training Orthosis on Webbed-Finger Adhesion after Burns

摘要： 目的探讨应用简易手指蹼训练组合支具对烧伤后手指蹼粘连的效果。方法2014 年5 月~2016 年4 月，手深度烧伤后指蹼粘连患者33 例(37 手)分为实验组18 例(21 手)和对照组15 例(16 手)。对照组采用常规康复护理训练，实验组在此基础上应用简易手指蹼训练组合支具。治疗后随访6 个月，测量各手指间角度。结果实验组治疗后手指间角度明显提高(t>3.060, P<0.01)，且优于对照组(t>2.273, P<0.05)。结论应用简易手指蹼训练组合支具可以提高患者功能训练依从性，改善手指蹼粘连患者手运动功能。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of the expanding training orthosis on webbed-finger adhesion post burn. Methods From May, 2014 to April, 2016, 37 hands of 33 patients with webbed-finger adhesion post burn were divided into two groups. 21 hands from 18 patients were as experimental group, 16 hands from 15 patients were as control group. The control group accepted routine care, while the experimental group accepted the expanding training orthosis in addition. Their angles between the fingers were measured six months after treatment. Results The angles between the fingers increased in the experimental group after treatment (t>3.060, P<0.01), and were more than those of the control group (t>2.273, P<0.05). Conclusion Application of expanding training orthosis can improve the compliance of the patients with webbed-finger adhesion post burn, and promote hand function recovery.
