脐灸治疗脑卒中后便秘的疗效

Effect of Umbilical Moxibustion on Constipation after Stroke

摘要： 目的 观察脐灸对脑卒中后便秘的临床疗效。方法 将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例。两组均接受康复训练，每天1次；观察组在康复训练的基础上接受脐灸治疗，每次1 h，每2天1次。两组疗程均为2周。治疗前后采集临床症状总积分评估排便情况。结果 治疗后，两组患者的临床症状总积分与治疗前比较均显著改善(P<0.001)，且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 脐灸能进一步改善脑卒中后患者便秘情况。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of umbilical moxibustion on constipation after stroke. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with rehabilitation training once a day, and the observation group received umbilical moxibustion treatment in addition, 1 hour every day, once in 2 days for 2 weeks. Total integral of clinical symptoms was collected and compared. Results The integrals decreased in both groups after treatment (P<0.001), and it was lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The clinical effect was better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Umbilical moxibustion can further improve the symptom of post-stroke constipation.
