拔罐放血疗法对脑卒中后偏侧感觉障碍的临床疗效观察

Effect of Blood-letting Puncture and Cupping Therapy on Hemianesthesia after Stroke

摘要： 目的 观察拔罐放血疗法治疗卒中后偏侧感觉障碍的临床疗效。方法 将 60例偏瘫后感觉障碍的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各 30例。两组均给予常规的内科治疗和常规康复训练，治疗组在此基础上加用拔罐放血疗法。拔罐放血治疗每周 2次，共4周。治疗前后分别采用Fugl-Meyer感觉评定法和改良Barthel指数(MBI)对患者感觉障碍及日常生活活动能力进行评定。结果 治疗后，两组Fugl-Meyer感觉评分和MBI评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.01)，且治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 拔罐放血疗法能够改善脑卒中后偏侧感觉障碍，并提高患者日常生活活动能力。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy on patients with sensory dysfunction after stroke. Methods 60 patients with sensory dysfunction after stroke were randomized into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). Both groups were treated with conventional medical treatment and rehabilitation therapy. The treatment group received blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy in addition, twice a week for 4 weeks. They were evaluated with Fugl-Meyer Assessment and modified Barthel Index (MBI) before and after treatment. Results The score of Fugl-meyer Assessment and MBI increased after treatment (P<0.01), and the scores were higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy can improve the recovery of sensory dysfunction and activities of daily living of patients with sensory dysfunction after stroke.
