摘要： 脑卒中康复研究已从寻找经验性证据向神经生理学证据方向转变。本文根据神经生理学研究理论分别论述大脑、脊髓和骨骼肌的可塑性，并提出各自的治疗方法。

Abstract: Stroke rehabilitation research has shifted its focus from empiric evidence to biological targets. This article reviewed the plasticity of the brain, spinal cord and skeletal muscle, and suggested rehabilitation techniques targeting central nervous system and skeletal muscle.
