摘要： 本文主要综述虚拟现实技术的特点、常用设备及其在康复医学中的优势，特别是在脑卒中患者上肢功能康复方面的应用及其运动功能恢复的机制，同时还包括目前国内外常用运动功能评定方法。

Abstract: This paper briefly introduced the characteristics, some kinds of equipment, and the advantages of virtual reality technology in rehabilitation, especially in upper limb function rehabilitation, and its mechanism of motor function recovery after stroke. Some assessment tools commonly used for motor function were summarized.
