摘要: 本文分析儿童残疾的特点与统计,运用ICF的理论探讨残疾儿童康复的主要理念和方法,参考《社区康复指南》讨论如何在社区开展残疾儿童康复。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the characteristics and statistics of children with disabilities, explored the framework and approaches of habilitation/rehabilitation in light of ICF, and discussed the implementation of habilitation/rehabilitation for children with disabilities at community setting.
