摘要： 偏头痛发病机制仍不清楚。超声诊断研究提示，偏头痛患者心脏右向左分流的发生率明显升高，尤其是先兆偏头痛。介入卵圆孔封堵术可以缓解甚至治愈偏头痛。本文对偏头痛和心脏右向左分流的相关研究进行综述。

Abstract: The pathogenesis of migraine is not fully understood as yet. Recently, with the development of ultrasonography, some studies indicated that the prevalence of right-to-left shunt (RLS) seemed to be higher in migraine, especially in migraine with aura. The progress in the relationship between migraine and RLS was reviewed.
