摘要： 临床将踝关节扭伤后无骨折脱位，反复出现踝关节前外侧肿痛称为踝关节前外侧撞击综合征，为慢性踝关节疼痛的主要病因之一，受到广泛关注。本文就其发病机制、临床表现、诊断及治疗进行综述。

Abstract: Ankle sprain without fracture or dislocation, accompanied by repeated ankle swelling is called as Anterolateral Ankle Impingement Syndrome. It is a major reason of chronic ankle pain and received extensive attention. This paper summarized its pathogenesis,clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment.
