针刺结合颊肌电刺激治疗脑卒中后口腔期吞咽障碍的效果

摘要： 目的探讨针刺结合颊肌电刺激治疗脑卒中后口腔期吞咽障碍的疗效。方法40 例脑卒中后口腔期吞咽障碍患者随机分为治疗组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)。对照组给予常规内科干预及吞咽训练，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用针刺和颊肌电刺激。于治疗前及治疗20 d 后采用口腔功能评分和洼田饮水试验进行评定。结果治疗前两组间口腔功能评分和洼田饮水试验评级无显著性差异(P>0.05)；治疗后两组患者口腔功能评分和洼田饮水试验评级均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01)，治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合颊肌电刺激治疗脑卒中后口腔期吞咽障碍临床疗效满意。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with buccal electrical stimulation on dysphagia at oral phase after stroke. Methods 40 patients with oral-phase dysphasia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group (n=20) and control group (n=20). The control group received routine therapy and swallowing training, and the treatment group received acupuncture and electrical stimulation on buccinator in addition. They were assessed with Oral Function Scale and Kubota's Drinking Test before and 20 d after treatment.Results There was no significant difference between both groups before treatment (P>0.05). Both groups improved after treatment (P<0.01), and improved more in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with buccal electrical stimulation is satisfactory for oral-phase dysphagia after stroke.
