摘要： 在醒脑开窍针法的基础上，结合现代康复医学对脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍的认识和训练方法，提出脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍不同阶段极泉穴的针刺方法。

Abstract: On the basis of understanding acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation (xing nao kai qiao) and training methods of modern rehabilitation medicine, new training methods were developed and could be used at different stages of stroke patients with upper-limb motor dysfunction, including acupuncture method of Jiquan acupoint (HT01) and rehabilitation training.
