注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的智力特点

摘要: 目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的智力特点。方法抽取ADHD 儿童60 例使用韦氏儿童智力量表第四版(WISC-Ⅳ)中文版进行测量。结果ADHD 儿童的总智商及四个合成指数的得分均低于总平均分(P<0.05);各分测验中,除译码外,ADHD儿童的其他分测验的得分均低于总平均分(P<0.05)。结论ADHD儿童的总体认知能力及言语理解、知觉推理、工作记忆和心理加工均在正常范围,但低于平均水平。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the characteristic of intelligence of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).Methods 60 ADHD children were estimated with Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-fourth edition (WISC-Ⅳ). Results The full scale intelligence quotient (FSIQ) and 4 indices of ADHD children were lower than the average (P<0.05). All the subtests scores of ADHD children were lower than the average (P<0.05) except decoding. Conclusion The general intelligence and abilities of verbal comprehension, reasoning,working memory and operation speed are in the normal range in ADHD children, but poorer than normal children.
