摘要： 多发性硬化是一种常见的影响中枢神经系统的自身免疫性脱髓鞘疾病，疲劳是其最常见的临床表现。本文论述了多发性硬化疲劳的发病机制及现代康复治疗和针刺治疗。

Abstract: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is the most common autoimmune inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system,and the fatigue is the most common symptom of MS. This article discussed the advance of the treatments of acupuncture and rehabilitation for MS fatigue.
