摘要： 人工尿道括约肌(AUS)植入术适用于各种括约肌功能受损引起的尿失禁，是治疗前列腺术后尿失禁的金标准。AUS植入后长期满意率超过80%，但是文献报道几乎1/3 的患者AUS术后5 年内因并发症需要行修复手术。本文对AUS植入术后的常见并发症及治疗进展做一综述。

Abstract: The artificial urinary sphincter (AUS) has been used for the treatment of various incontinence due to intrinsic sphincter deficiency, and is considered as the gold standard treatment for incontinence after a prostatectomy. The long-term satisfaction rates exceed 80%, but almost a third of patients with AUS require revision surgery within 5 years. This paper reviewed the common complications of AUS implantation and the treatment.
