摘要： 目的了解脑卒中亲属对康复相关知识知晓现状。方法对甘肃省10 家不同级别医院1082 名脑卒中患者亲属进行问卷调查。结果共收回有效问卷1082 份。甘肃省脑卒中亲属对脑卒中康复相关知识的知晓率普遍较低。不同年龄、文化程度、职业的患者亲属，知晓率不同(均P<0.05)。结论甘肃省脑卒中亲属对脑卒中康复相关知识知晓率低。应有针对性地对患者家属进行健康教育。

Abstract: Objective To investigate awareness of relatives about knowledge of rehabilitation for stroke. Methods 1082 relatives of patients with stroke from 10 hospitals in Gansu were investigated with self-designed questionnaire. Results A total of 1082 questionnaires were returned. The relatives knew some about the stroke rehabilitation. Their awareness of stroke rehabilitation were different with the ages,educated levels, and occupations (P<0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to improve the health education for relatives of stroke patients individually about post-stroke rehabilitation.
