摘要： 目的总结射频靶点热凝术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理经验。方法对120 例经射频靶点热凝术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的患者进行康复护理。结果120 例患者后症状均有不同程度改善，术后24 h、术后1 周、术后1 个月视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于术前(P<0.05)。结论熟练掌握腰椎间盘射频靶点热凝术治疗有关知识，配合精心护理和康复训练，对提高手术成功率、减少手术并发症及术后恢复有重要意义。

Abstract: Objective To sum up nursing experience for lumbar disc herniation patients after radio frequency target thermocoagulation. Methods 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation after radio frequency target thermocoagulation underwent nursing experience. Results The symptoms of all the patients improved in different degrees. Visual Analogue Score (VAS) decreased 24 h, 1 weeks, 1 months after operation (P<0.05). Conclusion Good rehabilitation nursing is important for radio frequency target thermocoagulation.
