脑卒中患者家属对负性情绪及心理治疗的认识状况调查

摘要： 目的调查甘肃省脑卒中患者家属对负性情绪是否影响肢体康复以及心理治疗的认识。方法对甘肃省10 家不同级别的省市县级医院的神经内科、神经外科2010 年收治的1100 例脑卒中住院患者家属进行问卷调查。结果认为负性情绪对肢体功能恢复有影响的患者家属占77.17%，认为脑卒中后需要心理治疗的患者家属占83.46%。结论脑卒中后患者家属认为负性情绪对肢体功能恢复有影响，并且非常需要心理治疗。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the awareness of the negative emotions on the physical rehabilitation and psychological treatment of family members of stroke patients in Gansu. Methods 1100 stroke patients from 10 hospitals of different levels in Gansu were surveyed. Results Family members who thought negative emotions can affect the recovery of limb function accounted for 77.17%, and who thought psychological treatment was needed accounted for 83.46%. Conclusion Family members of stroke patients think that negative emotions affect the recovery of limb function and psychological treatment is needed.
