摘要： 近几年，脑瘫儿童的康复得到国家和各级政府的重视，采取一系列措施进行早期干预和康复训练，但在发展的过程中也存在着诸多问题。“十二五”将进一步加强脑瘫儿童康复服务体系、保障体系和服务规范的建设，推动脑瘫儿童康复工作的深入发展。

Abstract: Recent years, rehabilitation for the children with cerebral palsy raises certain concerns for the society and government. Butthere are still problems existing during the enforcement of a series of measures for early intervention and rehabilitation training. The rehabilitationservice system and security system for children with cerebral palsy should be strengthened and regulated during the "TwelfthFive-Year Plan".
