摘要： 四肢瘫上肢功能存在着不同程度的损伤，这取决于脊髓损伤平面，不同损伤平面应使用不同的上肢矫形器。

Abstract: The dysfunction of the upper limbs in tetraplegia depends on the level of spinal cord injury, and needs different type of upper limb orthosis.
