康复教育改善脑卒中后上肢运动功能的临床效果

摘要: 目的观察康复教育在脑卒中后上肢运动功能康复中的效果。方法40 例脑卒中患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组(n=20)给予常规康复治疗结合康复教育,对照组(n=20)只进行常规康复治疗。所有病例在治疗前和治疗后均用改良Ashworth 量表(MAS)、Fugl-Meyer 评定量表(FMA)、Barthel 指数(BI)进行评定。结果两组患者治疗后FMA 和BI 评分明显改善(P<0.01),MAS 评分治疗组明显改善(P<0.01),对照组无显著性差异;治疗组治疗后MAS、FMA和BI 评分较对照组改善更明显(P<0.01)。结论康复教育在脑卒中后运动功能康复中发挥重要作用。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation education on upper-limb motor function in stroke patients. Methods 40stroke patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The treatment group (n=20) accepted rehabilitation and rehabilitationeducation, and control group (n=20) accepted rehabilitation only. They were assessed with Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS),Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) of upper-limb and Barthel Index (BI) before and after treatment. Results The scores of FMA and BI improvedin both groups after treatment (P<0.01), but the score of MAS improved only in the treatment group (P<0.01). The scores of FMA,BI and MAS improved more in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Rehabilitation education plays an importantrole in motor function rehabilitation after stroke.
