摘要： 目的探讨家庭支持系统对脑卒中患者抑郁情绪和生活质量的影响。方法将64 例脑卒中患者分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=32)，均接受神经内科药物治疗和常规康复治疗，观察组在此基础上加强家庭支持，两组分别在初次就诊及治疗2、4、8 周后，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、世界卫生组织生存质量测评量表(WHOQOL-100)评定患者抑郁状况及生活质量。结果治疗后观察组HAMD 评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)，WHOQOL-100 评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论家庭支持系统能促进脑卒中患者抑郁状况改善，提高生活质量。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of family support system on depression and the quality of life of stroke patients. Methods 64 stroke patients were divided into observation group (n=32) and control group (n=32). Both groups accepted neurological medicine and conventional rehabilitation, and the observation group received family support additionally. The depression condition and the quality of life were accessed with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) and The World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL)-100 respectively before and 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment. Results The scores of HAMD were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.01), the scores of WHOQOL-100 were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group after treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion The family support system can alleviate the depression and improve the quality of life of stroke patients.
