老年人主动性静态和动态平衡测试的重测信度：Korebalance平衡测量系统

Test-retest Reliability of Active Static and Dynamic Balance Test in Elderly People：KorebalanceTM System

摘要： 目的研究Korebalance平衡测量系统老年人在主动模式下静态和动态平衡测试的重测信度。方法20名符合入选条件的老年人参与本研究，应用Korebalance平衡测量系统测试受试者在主动模式下静态和动态平衡能力。在7 d后同一时间由同一测试者重复测试1次。用组内相关系数(ICC)分析重测信度。结果主动模式下静态和动态平衡测试具有较好的重测信度（ICC=0.804～0.923）。结论Korebalance平衡测量系统测试老年人在主动模式下静态和动态平衡能力具有高度重测信度。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo determine the test-retest reliability of active static and dynamic balance ability with the KorebalanceTM System in elderly people.Methods20 ambulatory elderly persons who can walk self-helping participated in this study. Measurements were performed through KorebalanceTM System for active static and dynamic balance ability. All tests were repeated 7 d after the initial test, the intra-class correlation coefficients (ICC) were used to determine the test-retest reliability of each balance test.ResultsThe ICC indicated that active static and dynamic test had good reliability （ICC=0.804～0.923）.ConclusionThe KorebalanceTM System had good reliability in active static and dynamic balance test.
