摘要： 临床研究表明褪黑素具有其独特的生物化学特性，本文主要从褪黑素的特定作用区域、抗氧化、抗细胞凋亡、钙离子拮抗作用等方面阐述褪黑素治疗脊髓损伤的有效性，并对用药做一简要说明。

Abstract: Clinical studies show that melatonin has a unique biochemical characteristics. This article reviewed the specific role of melatonin in the region, antioxidant, anti-apoptosis, calcium antagonistic effect of melatonin treatment of the aspects of the effectiveness of spinal cord injury, and medication for a brief description.
