摘要： 脊髓损伤最常发生在处于生育高峰期的青年人。回归社会生活时，患者面临的主要问题之一是如何解决生育问题。本文就生殖医学及其在脊髓损伤患者中的应用进行综述。

Abstract: Spinal cord injury (SCI) occurs most often at the peak of reproduction to young people. SCI patients faced the problems how to reproduce. The development of reproductive sciences was reviewed.
