高尿酸血症与青年脑梗死的相关性临床分析

摘要: 目的探讨高尿酸血症与青年脑梗死之间的相互关系。方法选择18~45岁青年脑梗死住院患者84例进行空腹血尿酸水平、血压、血脂和血糖水平的测定,与80例年龄相匹配的体检者进行比较,通过多因素回归分析探讨高尿酸血症及其他危险因素与青年脑梗死之间的相关性。结果病例组血尿酸、血压、血脂、血糖均高于对照组(P<0.05)。血尿酸的OR值=1.94,95% CI=1.28~2.83,P=0.0320。结论高尿酸血症与青年脑梗死发病有相关性。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between the hyperuricemia and the youth suffered from cerebral infarction.Methods84 patients with cerebral infarction aged 18~45 were detected fasting serum uric acid level, blood pressure, blood lipid and blood glucose levels, and 80 age-matched volunteers were compared by multiple regression analysis of hyperuricemia and other risk factors for cerebral infarction.ResultsLevel of blood uric acid, blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose was higher in the patients than in the volunteers (P<0.05). For serum uric acid, OR=1.94, 95% CI=1.28-2.83, P=0.0320.ConclusionHigh serum uric acid is associated with cerebral infarction among young people.
