摘要： 创立国际脊髓损伤肠功能基础数据集的目的在于提出一个标准化方法用于收集和报告临床工作中所需的基本肠功能信息，它还便于评价和比较各项有关脊髓损伤后肠功能研究的结果。学习并使用国际脊髓损伤肠功能基础数据集，有助于提高我国脊髓损伤患者的肠道功能障碍的评定与康复治疗水平。

关键词: 脊髓损伤, 康复, 神经源肠道功能障碍, 肠功能基础数据集

Abstract: The International Bowel Function Basic SCI Data Set is to present a standardized format for the collection and report of a minimal amount of information on bowel function in clinical practice. Furthermore, the Bowel Function Basic SCI Data Set will make it possible to evaluate and compare results from various published studies on bowel dysfunction after SCI. Studying and using the International Bowel Function Basic SCI Data Set will make it possible to improve the evaluation and rehabilitative treatment level of neurogenic bowel dysfunction in China.
