摘要： 本文主要对关于下肢矫形器在运动损伤治疗与预防中影响的文献进行综述，强调矫形器应用的基础理论机制与临床实践研究对于促进运动损伤治疗、康复与预防的重要性。

Abstract: This paper would review the effort of low limb orthoses on sports injury, especially the basic and clinical research in the treatment, rehabilitation and prevention.
