摘要： 多器官功能不全综合征是危重病医学的重大研究课题,建立和选择适当的动物模型是多器官功能不全综合征实验研究的重要手段。本文从模型动物选择、模型判定标准、常用动物模型造模方法几个方面综述了国内外多器官功能不全综合征动物模型的研究现状。

Abstract: Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) is an important area of critical medicine study.Establishing a suitable animal model is one of the important manner in the study.This article has reviewed the choice of animal,assessment of model and the method of making model.
