摘要： 脑卒中后抑郁是卒中最常见的并发症之一,严重影响卒中患者的生活质量。本文就卒中后抑郁发生的相关因素及发病机制等方面进行经综述。

Abstract: Post-stroke depression(PSD) is one of the most common complications after stroke,and seriously influenced the quality of life of hemiplegic patients.The article would review the associated factors and mechanism of PSD.
