摘要： 以往的针灸治疗多注重肌力的提高,但实际上,在脑卒中偏瘫恢复的全过程中,痉挛是关系到恢复程度的核心问题。本文总结近年来关于针灸治疗和研究中风后痉挛性偏瘫的现状和进展。

Abstract: In the past, treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion always were emphasized on improving the strength of muscle. In fact, spasticity is the key point. This paper summarized recent studies on therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on spastic paralysis after stroke.
