社区精神病患者暴力行为特征及影响因素分析

摘要： 目的探索社区精神病患者暴力行为的特征、影响因素及防范措施。方法对杭州某居民区内有过暴力行为的37例精神病患者进行自编《社区精神病患者暴力行为特征及影响因素量表》的调查。结果精神病患者的暴力行为严重影响其家人及相关居民的生活质量。暴力行为多发生在家中,青壮年男性为主,中、下午是高发时段。不同的精神病种类、疾病的稳定状态、药物治疗及与社区工疗站的关系、不良的人格特点及人际关系、较差的人际关系处理能力、诱发因素、既往暴力行为史均与社区精神病患者的暴力行为发生有关。部分暴力行为实施前往往有先兆。在场人员的及时制止有利于防止精神病患者暴力行为的发生或升级。结论社区精神病患者暴力行为的发生多数有一定的规律可循,有可能加以防范。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the characteristics of violence behavior of the psychotics in communities. Methods37 psychotics who used to have violence behavior were investigated with Questionnaire of Characteristics and Associated Factor for Violence Behavior of Psychotics in Communities created ourselves. ResultsThe psychotics suffered violence behavior appeared some peculiarities for the time, place, and dealing with tools, etc. Their mental state, course of disease and treatment were associated with their violence behavior. ConclusionThere is some characteristics in most of the violence behavior of the psychotics, which may be helpful for preventing.
