摘要： 骨质疏松症的治疗药物种类繁多,作用特点也各不相同。本文综述钙和维生素D、雌激素替代疗法、选择性雌激素受体调节剂、降钙素(caicitonin,CT)和二膦酸盐、甲状旁腺素和氟化物等治疗骨质疏松药物的最新进展及其作用机理。

Abstract: There is a lot of drug to cure the osteoporosis.The drug effect feature is different,and clinicle choice and application is complicated,too.This paper will review the advancement of drugs and their mechanism for treating osteoporosis,including calcium and vitamin-D,estrogen,selective estrogen receptor modulators,caicitonin,bisphosphonates,parathormone and fluoride etc.
