摘要： 累及大脑半球及神经纤维通路的中枢神经系统慢性病变(如脑梗死、脑出血等)也可发生Wallerian变性,其病理特点与发生在周围神经的Wallerian变性一致。运动功能恢复程度和Wallerian变性程度之间有明确的相关性。本文就脑卒中后Wal-lerian变性的特点及Wallerian变性与运动功能康复预后的相关性研究进行综述。

Abstract: Various central nerve system lesions involved cerebral hemisphere and nerve fiber tract such as cerebral infarction and hemorrhage can cause Wallerian degeneration,which is similar to the pathological change of peripheral nerve cut.There is a clear correlation between the degree of recovery and the degree of Wallerian degeneration.This article reviews the advances in feature of poststroke Wallerian degeneration and the correlation between post-stroke Wallerian degeneration and rehabilitation outcome.
