摘要： 深化对脑出血的早期病程发展及出血后病理生理机制的研究对改善脑出血的治疗及预后起着重要作用。本文就脑出血的形成机制、出血后血肿扩大的相关因素等方面做一综述。

Abstract: It is important to investigations of early course and pathophysiologic mechanism of cerebral hemorrhage for drawing therapy and prognosis.This paper would review the formation and enlargement of hematoma after bleeding.
