综合方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症观察

摘要： 目的观察综合方法治疗椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法169例腰椎间盘突出症患者在腰椎牵引、按摩疗法的基础上配合超短波、针灸和运动等方法。采用“腰腿疾病治疗成绩评分表”对治疗前后患者腰椎功能状况进行评分,并在此基础上计算改善指数、改善率及康复效率。结果综合性中西医结合的康复方法在改善腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能、提高优良率及康复效率方面明显优于对照组。同时缩短疗程。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the effect of different treatment on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 169 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were divided into two groups, the contral group treated with traction and massage, and the comprehensive group treated with acupuncture, physical therapy, and phsiotherapy besides traction and massage. The assessment included index and rate in improvement and efficiency of rehabilitation. Results The index and rate in improvement and efficiency of rehabilitation is better in the comprehensive group than in the contral group. The course of treatment in the comprehensive group is shorter than that in the contral group.
