摘要： 作者从内皮素的合成、分泌、作用机制及其对血管平滑肌细胞的增殖作用等方面综述内皮素与经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后再狭窄的研究概况。

Abstract: A general situation on research about the endothelins (ET) such as its synthesis, secretion and the mitogenic activity on vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC), and its effect on restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) was reviewed by the authors.
