84例精神病患者社区康复效果观察

摘要： 目的探讨社区康复对精神病患者的防治效果。方法对84例重性精神病患者进行有针对性的药物、心理、工疗、家庭护理等综合社区康复治疗,比较治疗前后患者的服药落实率、病情显好率、劳动能力等。结果康复治疗后,患者的服药落实率由33.33%升至89.29%(P<0.01),病情显好率由19.05%升至80.95%(P<0.01),劳动能力恢复由10.71%升至30.95%(P<0.01),关锁率由15.48%降为5.95%;肇事率由2.38%降为0。结论社区康复治疗能明显提高精神病患者的健康状况和生活质量,降低肇事率。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of community-based rehabilitation on psychotic patients.Methods84 severe psychotic patients were treated with multidisciplinary community-based rehabilitation including specific drugs, psychological treatment, medical workers, family care, and etc. The implementation rate of taking medicine, improvement rate of disease, working ability of the patients before and after treatment were compared.ResultsAfter treatment, the implementation rate of taking medicine increased from 33.33% to 89.29% ( P<0.01), improvement rate of disease increased from 19.05% to 80.95% ( P<0.01), the working ability increased from 10.71% to 30.95% ( P<0.01), blocked rate decreased from 15.48% to 5.95%, the rate of causing trouble decreased from 2.38% to 0.ConclusionThe community-based rehabilitation can significantly improve the health status and quality of life for the psychotic patients and decrease the accident rate.
