摘要： 目的探讨Mydrin-P散瞳前后中央角膜厚度之间的差异性。方法对151例(302眼)拟行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的患者,于Mydrin-P散瞳前后应用超声角膜测厚仪测量中央角膜厚度,观察散瞳前后中央角膜厚度的变化。结果中央角膜厚度Mydrin-P散瞳前为(549.40±25.47)μm,散瞳后为(562.14±25.84)μm,两者间差异有非常高度显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论Mydrin-P散瞳能够对中央角膜厚度产生影响。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the changes of central corneal thickness (CCT) caused by mydriasis with Mydrin-P.MethodsA total of 151 patients (302 eyes) with refractive errors were studied. Each eye had instillation of Mydrin-P to obtain mydriasis. CCT was examined before and after mydriasis by ultrasonic pachymeter. Changes of CCT were observed.ResultsCCT was 549.40±25.47 μm before mydriasis and 562.14±25.84 μm after mydriasis with a significant different between two examinations( P<0.001). ConclusionMydriasis with Mydrin-P can affect the measurement of CCT.
