摘要： 采用运动疗法早期介入与电疗相结合的方法综合治疗肩周炎，经临床观察与对照组疗效对比，两组治疗前后肩关节（ROM）对比，两组治疗前后肩周压痛程度对比，统计学处理分别为X2＝12．55，P＜0．005，X2＝14．51，P＜0．05，X2＝14．10，P＜0．005，差异均有非常显著性，并具有疗程缩短的特点。

Abstract: It's observed that periarthritis of shoulder is treated with early kinesitherapy intervention combining with diathcrmy. The clinic observation with curative effect the severity of periarticular tenderness prewith posttreatment and the mobility of the shoulder pre-with posttreatment between the treatment and control groups are different. The statistical values are X2=12.55,P<0.005,X2=14.10,P<0.005,X2=14.51,P<0. 005 respectively. The method can shorten the course of treatment.
