摘要： 本文通过RES－4（Recovery Evaluating System）中BI（Barthel，BI）ADL指数的预测式，算出我院118例入院康复的脑卒中患者1个疗程（3个月）后BI的预测值，与1个疗程后BI的实测值相比较，结果表明预测和实测基本相符。说明该方法是可行的，可做为入院脑卒中患者康复预后预测的常规方法。

Abstract: Adopting prediction formula of Bother Index in RES-4(Recovery Evaluation System-4),predicted valne of 118 cases of in-pationts with seoks after one course of rehabilithtier treatment are caculated.When they are compared with actual values,it shows basically correspondent between prediction and actual measurement are indicares that RES-4 is teasible and fitoor usine as a outine oneaurement oo promosis or in-patients with stroke.
