摘要： 目的观察分期巨刺结合促进技术对脑卒中患者运动功能的疗效。方法将114例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组68例和对照组46例,治疗组根据偏瘫恢复阶段采取分期巨刺、拮抗肌取穴以及促进技术,对照组采用常规取穴及促进技术,疗程均为30d。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的运动功能及日常生活活动能力评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论分期巨刺结合促进技术可明显促进脑卒中患者运动功能的恢复。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effect of reverse acupuncture by stages combined with facilitation techniques on motor function of stroke patients.Methods114 stroke patient were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=68) and control group (n=46). The patients of the treatment group were treated with reverse acupuncture by stages combined with facilitation techniques. Those of the control group were treated with general acupuncture combined with facilitation techniques. The period of treatment of two group was 30 days.ResultsAfter treatment, the scores of motor function and activities of daily living of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.01).ConclusionThe reverse acupuncture by stages combined with facilitation techniques can obviously improve motor function of stroke patients.
